Aaron Platt - Cinematographer

Extraordinarily talented, Aaron is an up and coming cinematographer with a very unique visual style.  He was nominated for the 2007 Independent Spirit Award for Best Cinematography for Wild Tigers I Have Known.  Aaron photographed the film for Executive Producer Gus Van Sant, which was backed by the Sundance Labs and screened at the Sundance Film Festival in 2007.  He won the award for “Best Cinematography” at Sacramento International Film Festival for his work on the film The Pacific and Eddy.  Prior, his short film The Cold Ones screened multiple times at the Sundance Film Festival to rave reviews.  Awarded the “Most Promising Filmmaker” from the Lake Placid Film Festival early in his career, he took that as a sign and continued to capture beautiful images.  Aaron moved to Los Angeles in 2004 and hit the ground running.  In his short career, Aaron has already shot nine features, of which Rolling was the first.  In addition, he has shot over twenty music videos, three tv shows and several commercials...all of which he did in a three and a half year time span.
